`URP,AS the Tri-County Council on Alcoholism has established sad
administered an Information sad ltoferral rrotram on chemLcal abuse for the
counties of Dunn, pierce. sad St. Croix, 'and
WHEREAS the County Aoard® of Dana, pierce and St. Croix Counties
have annually appropriated funds in support of the 'Information and Referral
Program, and
WHEREAS the Tri-County Coancil on Alcoholism has petitioned the
Board of Directors of the Tri-County Mental Health Clinic to administer the
aforementioned proRram of Information and Referral. and
WHEREAS the Board of Directors of the Tri-Co my Mental Realth
Clinic has evaluated the program and will accept the responsibility for the ad-
ministration of the program as part of the total program of the Tri-County Mental
Health Clinic, aubject to the conditions of the attached resolution,
NOV THEREFORE the County Board of St. Croix County does hereby
resolve an follows:
1. That the Board of Directors of the Tri-County Mental Health Clinic accept
the aforementioned program now sponsored by the Tri-County Council on
Alcoholism for a period of one year.
f. That executive and fiscal responsibility of the Board of Directors of the
"Tri County Mental Realth Clinic will be as defined in the Establishing
Resolutions of the Tri-County Mental Health Clinin and any amendments supple-
mentary thereto.
1. That upon notice, received from the County Clerks of Dunn, Pierce and St. Croix

sucH re»nlution delivered to the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the
Tri-County Mental Realth Clinic. this resolution shall become binding and in
effect.
