OF THE COUNTY BOARD PROCEEDINGS April 1972 thru February 1973
WHEREAS the County Board proeeedings have previously been published by one
newspaper for each year and supplement sent to the other four neespapers in
St. Croix County for distribution: and
WHEREAS it has been deemed advisable to publish the County Board Proceedings
after eacfi meeting to keep the public currently informed of such proceedings;
and
WHEREAS it has been further deemed advisable to submit such publications to
the five St. Croix County Newspapers for bids;
NOW THBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE PUBLICATION
of the COUNTY BOARD proceedings be conducted according to the following procedures:
1. Bids shall be requested from the five newspapers ;for type-setting
7 point, on 7 point slug, 17 em column. These bids are submitted for the full
County Board year, and such bids must be submitted at the County Clerk's Office
by April 3rd, 1972 by 1:00 PM., and are to include all minutes commencing with
the April 1972 session and ending in February of the following year. The schedule
of County Board Sessions are established at 12 for the coming year. Extra Sessions
to be printed, to be pro-rated at a fair figure to all concerned.
2. Such successful bidding newspaper shall �n�;th prIDeedi�is+ iri supplement form
and deliver to the other four newspapers in said Countx and published with the next
issue of that newspaper.
3. Such successful bidder shall be paid a flat fee of $50.00 plus $2.00 per
100 based on the circulation of each newspaper, after the first 1000 for distribution
of each supplement by the other four newspapers. The following is the detail charges
based on the above Formula for the distribution of the supplements:

Glenwood City Tribune 2000 50.00 plus $20 = $ 70.00
Baldwin Bulletin 2500 50.00 plus $30 = $ 80.00
Woodville Leader 850 50.00 plus -- = $ 50.00
TOTAL $410.00

supplements and 3-3/4" x 6 3/4 Ree of t o proceedings must
be published within 30 days, two or more days, then the proceedings must be
published within 45 days. For all Sessions there shall be 65 sets of such
supplement printed in loose-leaf form 3-3/4" x 6-3/411, punched to fit the loose-
leaf note books and to be delivered to the County Clerk.
5. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED THAT within 45 days of the Bebruary
Session of each year the entire proceedings of the County Board for the whole year
shall be bound in book form (200) and delivered to the County Clerk, before the
organizational Session of the Bounty Board in April.
