WHEREAS St. Croix County!Demand Funds have been requested
by various commercial banks located in this county, and
WHEREAS_St.' Croix'County Supervisors desire to establish
a fair, impartial andequitablemethod of designating depositories
for these funds,
THEREFORE.BE IT RESOLVED that 'a rotation of these accounts
be established within the following guidelines:
1. One account be. designated and established each year,
commencing;in.November 1'9"..)y7

2.. Each account be established for a period of two years.
3. Any Bank within the County willing to furnish the
County a no service charge account and personalized
checks at no charge.is entitled to a place in rotation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the rotation of these accounts; .�o
be.maintained unless:'
1. The County Supervisors are not satisfied with services
rendered
2.. The Bank does not wigh"the account.'
