RESOLUTION FOR CHANGE OF RATES FOR NEWSPAPER PUBLICATIONS OF ELECTION
AND FACSIMILE BALLOT NOTICES.

WHEREAS Chapter 328, the Laws of 1967 of the State of Wisconsin provides
increases in fees chargeable for publishing legal notices in newspapers, and
WHEREAS it has been determined that the rate for legal publication of
election notices and facsimile ballot notices should be 14.7¢ per line for
the first insertion, and 11.6¢ for subsequent insertions, and
WHEREAS all newspapers in the county are in agreement that the afore—
said rates are fair;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HER.MY RESOLVED that all
legal notices for publication of eoections and facsimile ballots be published
in the following county newspapers as follows: Baldwin Bulletin, Glenwood

City Tribune, Hudson.;Star Observer, New Richmond News, Woodville Leader and
the River Falls Journal, and that the rate of 14.74 a line for the first
insertion, and 11.6¢ a line for subsequent insertions be figured on the
basis of four newspapers, as allowed by Statute and divided equally between
the above mentioned six newspapers of St. Croix County.
