RESOLUTION
WHEREAS St. Croix County Demand Funds have been requested by
various commercial banks located in this county, and f
WHEREAS St. Croix County Supervisors desire to establish a
fair, impartial and equitable method of designating depositories
for these funds,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a rotation of these accounts be
established within the following guidelines:
1. One account be designated and established each year,
commencing in November 1973.
2. Each account be established for a period of two years.
3. Any Bank within the County willing to furnish the
County a no service charge account and personalized
checks at no charge is entitled to a place in rotation,
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the rotation of these accounts,
be maintained unless:
1. The County Supervisors are not satisfied with services
rendered.
2. The Bank does not wish the account.
