WHEREAS the Budget Recommendation dated October 4, 1971 and Resolution No. 10
dated November 10, 1971 both signed and submitted by the St. Croix County Committee
on Highways and Bridges requested a budget appropriation for the St. Croix County
Highway Department Highway Construction Fund in the amount of Three Hundred Thirty
Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($334,850.00) for the year 1972,
WHEREAS the sum of $334,850.00 was requested so that certain construction
projects could be started and completed by the Highway Department,
WHEREAS Resolution No. 21 dated November 10, 1971 for the Final Budget was
passed with the incorrect amount of $324,850.00 for the St. Croix County Highway
Department Highway Construction Fund,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Clerk be authorized
to transfer the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from the General Fund
to the St. Croix County Highway Department/Construction Fund for the year 1972.
