Whereas, recent bids for construction of a restroom facility at the
St. Croix county fairgrounds amounted to $18,950.00, and
Whereas, cost for completion of sewer and water extension at the
St. Croix county fairgrounds amounted to $7,000.00, with a final payment
due of $1,500, and
Whereas, architectural fees and preparation of bids cost $1,250.00,
and
Whereas, completion of the bleachers in the St. Croix county fair
pavillion amounted to $2800.00, which has been paid, and
Whereas, the total appropriation remaining to complete the restroom
facility at the St. Croix county fairgrounds amounts to $10,982.94,
Be it resolved that $12,000 be transferred from St. Croix county
general revenue funds to the Fair Building Outlay account to complete
payment on county fairgrounds improvement and county fairgrounds rest
room facility.
