WHEREAS the rezoning of property calls for a public hearing
and the presence of the Zoning Committee members and
WHEREAS the cost of advertising such meeting is approximately
$25.00 and the per diem of Committee members amounts to $100.00 plus
mileage,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That any person, persons, company
or corporation requesting a hearing for the purpose of rezoning any
property be charged a fee of $125.00, one hundred and twenty-five dollars
and no cents, payable to the ouiitgrmark at the time the request is
made.
This resolution supersedes any present resolution setting
the fee for rezoning purposes
