and zoning commitee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning;
and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS at the request of the County Board this committee is to review
petitions, hold public hearings and report its recommendations to the County
Board for action; and
WHEREAS the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has
fullfilled its duties on the petition of SNOWCREST, INC.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive Planning
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
commercial from agricultural of the following land:
1. E 1/2 of NW 1/4 of Section 18, T30N-R19W, Somerset Township (80 acres)
2. NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 18, T30N-R.19W, Somerset Township (40 acres)
3. E 1/2 of SE 1/4 of Section 7, T30N-R.19W, Somerset Township (80 acres)
(Ownership of above items by Snowcrest, Inc. )
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board consider the
said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of same.
