HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1972 (55) WHEREAS the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a planning
and zoning commitee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning;
and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS at the request of the County Board this committee is to review
petitions, hold public hearings and report its recommendations to the County
Board for action; and
WHEREAS the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has
fullfilled its duties on the following petitions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends denial for the reasons shown of the
attached petitions for rezonement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board consider the
said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of:.sa.rge.
