RESOLUTION
WHEREAS from time to time the County sells County
properties other than those held under tax deeds, and
WHEREAS in order to insure that the County receives
the fair market value for such properties of building site
code size or larger,
IT IS DEEMED ADVISABLE to have an appraisal made
by a competent appraiser for such land as they propose to sell,
NOW BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby resolved that
the General Services Committee of the County Board be auth-
orized to hire and retain qualified appraisers to make ap-
praisals of such lands as the County proposes to sell and
obtain from such appraisers their opinions as to the fair
market value of those lands.
