WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Hospital construction contracts
for the new Hospital addition do not provide for improvements on
the Hospital grounds, such as parking lot construction, blacktopping,
of parking lots and driveways , concrete walks and landscaping and
sodding; and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has available in the County Federal
Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, monies which can be used to finance said
grounds improvement projects at the St. Croix County Hospital ; and
WHEREAS, the County Building Committee and the County General
Services Committee has investigated this matter and recommends that
such grounds improvement projects be undertaken at the St. Croix County
Hospital ;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the sum of $35,000.00 be
transferred from the County Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund to
the St. Croix County Hospital Building Fund, for use at the St. Croix
County Hospital in the carrying out of said grounds improvement projects
consisting of parking lot construction, blacktopping of parking lots,
and driveways , concrete walk construction, landscaping and sodding.
