WHEREAS, a general purpose fair exhibits building (I20' x 600) Is needed
to house St. Croix County Homwaker booths, at comerclal displays,
and 4-H and aspen class crops and garden ekhlblts, and
WHEREAS +his general purpose exhibits building would replan, the Cue tents
now used to house these exhibits during the county fair, and
WHEREAS the number of county fa i r exh I b 1 tears and each 1 b 1 is i s expand i ng such
year, and
WHEREAS the St, Croix County Fair Board, the St. Croix County 4-14 Leaders'
Association, the St. Croix County Extension flommokers Council, and the
St. Croix County Agricultural and Extension Education [ommittee has
raecownded that this building be constructed,
DE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the sura of 545.000 be appropriated frau
Revenue Sharing Funds or those funds deemed appropriate by County Board
action for the construction of this exhibits building and equipment,
to be ready for use during the 1974 St. Croix County Fair, July 31,
August 1,' 2 and 3.
SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Agriculture and Extension
Education Committee be responsible for the disbursement of funds to
construct "is building.
