iERP.AS, the Sheriff of St. Croix rounty is charged with custody
of prisoners afforded Huber Lata privilege, and
WHEREAS,, the Sheriff is required to recover amounts expended for
board and keep provided to dauber Law prisoners, and
WHEREAS the current sum of $3.00 now collected from said prisoners
Is non-compensatory in light of increased costs,
TREREFORE BF, IT RESOLVFD by the Sty Croix County Board of Supervisors
in regular session that the Sheriff of 5t. Croix County is authorised and
directed to collect the sum of $4,00 day from each prisoner enjoying
Huber Law privileges while in the Sheriff's custody, no of the sum
of $3.00 which is currently being collected; said increased collection
of the sum of $4.00 to b+eQin on January 1, 1974.
