WKEREAS, the Shertff of St. Croix County has provided data and
information showing that continuation of this poslti,(5n to necessary to
insure performance of the duties of the Sheriff, and
,iMEREAq said federal assistance terminates in July of 1974, and
1MEREAS it has been deemed necessary by the Law Enforcement Committee
of the St. Croix County 3oerd of Supervisors that this positiou be continued,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
in regular session that the position occupied by Thomas Anderson be continued
at county expense not ti exceed $4,000.00 in fiscal year 1974 after federal
assistance terminaces.
