WHEREAS, the District Attorney of St. Croix County has prepared
figures concerning the workload in his office and submitted them to the
Finance, Budget, Personnel, Buildings, and Bonds Committee, and
WHEREAS there appears to be a workload in excess of what can be
judiciously handled, and
WHEREAS the District Attorney has requested assistance in performing
his duties, and
WHEREAS funds have been budgeted to fill this office in conjunction
with an application for a Federal Grant for funds in 1974,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
in regular session that the position of Assistant to the District Attorney of
St. Croix County be created; said position calling for para legal skills, and
said position to assist the District Attorney in matters concerning the admin-
istration and functions of his ,office.
