HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1973 (82) R E S 0 L U T I C N � !HERE'AS, the Nation is involved in an energy crisis and the President has asked that the temperature in our homes and places of business be reduced during such crisis during the cold months. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the hours of business in all County buildings have thermostats set at 68 degrees except the County Hospital Each Department Head shall be responsible for the proper setting of the thermostats in the room under his or her supervision. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, at the conclusion of the business day the thermostats shall be set at 65 degrees, except the Jail. All storage rooms or unoccupied rooms shall be kept at 60 degrees. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board Secretary inform, in writing, all Department Heads and Custodians of this directive. Dated this day ° of November, 1973. 1
