R E S O L U T I O N
OPPOSE ASSEMBLY BILL 672
WHEREAS, Assembly Bill 672 would grant the St. Croix County Clerk
of Courts an 18% salary increase, and
WHEREAS, such increase would probably also result in higher salaries
for other elected officials, and
WHEREAS, the State's establishment of a County Official's salary is
another infringement on the rights of the County:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
that this Board goon record in opposotion to Assembly Bill 672, and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Clerk send a copy of this resolution to
the Governor, each legislator representing a portion of St." Croix County.
