WHEREAS St. Croix County is owner of certain land by virtue of a Tax
Deed dated April 30, 1973 and recorded with the Register of Deeds for St. Croix
Cowty, Wisconsin, in Volume 497, Page 241, said land being described as
follows:
Village of Roberts: Com. N.W. Cor. NE-SW: thence E 180 Feet to
Place of Beginning; thence S 60 feet; E 33 feet; North 60 feet;
W 33 feet to P.O.B. (33M60')
WHEREAS, a Sale of said property has been negotiated and sold for
SEVENTY and NOAOO Dollars (70.00) to Gary L. Johnston.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MMOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors at their Regular Session hold an October 23, 1973 directs
and authorises the Clerk Of said Comty to execute a deed of said
property to Gary.L. Johzaten.
