SOCIAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE
(Edward L. Schilling)
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Social Services (Welfare
Committee) did employ Mr. Edward L. Schilling effective August 1.5, 1973:
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Schilling's employment is necessary to meet the
increased work load and to meet certain federal and state staffing
requirements: and
WHEREAS, Federal and State cost-sharing funds are available in
meeting the expenses of the additional staff member; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors confirms the appointment of Mr. Edward L. Schilling as a
Social Worker IV with a starting salary of $878.00 per month effective
August 15, 1973; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon successful completion of six
months probationary period, Mr. Schilling be granted a 47 increase in
salary in accordance with the State Merit Plan.
