WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors at their November Sessions
in 1970, 1971 and 1972 budgeted $30,000.00 each year for the Hovdi Bridge
project on C'`.T.4. "MM", and
WHEREAS this project is now under construction and the cost is going to be
approximately $150,000.00; and
WHEREAS the City of River Falls 1s going to reimburse the Sty, Croix County
Highway Department approximately $10,000,00 for the cost of the sidewalk on
this bridge; and
WHEREAS the expenditures on this projeci; will exceed the funds available by
approximately $50.5100; and
WHEREAS the Federal Government has provided Federal Revenue Sharing funds
to the County for the promotion of Health, Safety and Welfare; and
WHEREAS this project is a highway safety improvement,
Now, therefore, be it resolved that $50,000.00 of these funds be transferred
to the.Highway Construction Fund.
