has boon duly appraised and placed for bids for sale, and
WMTAS the highest bidder was Lance C. Rygg; and
Wn-MRAS fee for said property has boon paid by said Lance G. Ryg%;
TMEFORP. BV IT RESOLVID by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
In regular session that the County Clork is authorized and directed to
draw an appropriate conveyance of said real property to Lance C. Rygg for
his two and benefit.
