RESOLUTION 1
Resolution concerning Springfield sad Glenwood Township roads leading to
Glen, Hills Park.
Whereas: The Glen Hills County Park is scheduled for opening in 1974, it
is in the beat interests of St. Croix County to have a serviceable road leading
to the park.
Whereas: The Townships of Glenwood and Springfield have asked for County
Aid in developing said road and
Whereast The St. Croix Copmty Beard of Supervisors feel that the County
has sows responsibility in bW"ag the above named read,
Therefore let it be resolved that St. Croix County will assume the cost
of the blacktop surfacing for approximately 3} wiles coacing at State High-
way 126 in Glenwood Townehip, continuing-approximately j mile to the Glenwood-
Springfield Township Line, then approximately 3 miles through Springfield Town-
ship to County Trunk LL..
Be it further resolved that the County will assume the cost of cold mix
blacktop surfacing. The money will be budgeted in the Parks Committee Fund for
1974 for the actual cost of the road or ,�Sy s-o o , whichever is the lesser
amount.
