WHEREAS St. Croix County is owner of certain land by virtue of a Tax Deed
dated April 30, 1973 and recorded with the Register of Deeds for St. Croix County,
Wisconsin, in Volume 497, Page 237, said land being described as follows: j

WHEREAS,. a Sale of said property has been negotiated and sold for
ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE--------and No/100 Dollars (125.00) to William R. i
Wilson and Connie Wilson.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Crosx-Gounty Beard of
Supervisors at their Regulars Session held on September 11, 1973 directs
and authorizes the Clerk of said County to execute a deed said property
to William R. Wilson and Connie Wilson. ti
