RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, ST. CROIX COUNTY is owner of certain land by virtue of a Tax
Deed dated April 30, 1973 and recorded with the Register of Deeds for St.
Croix County in Volume 497, Page 240, said land being described as follows:
Com. SW Corner SE NW: thence E 16 rods (264') to P.O.B. thence N 165 feet; j
E 33 feet; S 165 feet; W to P. O. B. 33'x165' -Sec. 22-29-18; Vil of Roberts.

4iHEREAS, a Sale of said property has been negotiated and sold for
SEVENTY ONE and No/100-------Dollars ($71.00) to Ray Dopkins.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors at the Regular Session held on September 11, 1973 directs P;
and authorizes the Clerk of said County to execute a deed OE said property

to Ray Dppkins.
