WHEREAS, The St, Croix County Board of Supervisors has become aware of the necessity

for re-evaluation of the land usage ordinances of St. Croix County, and
WHEREAS, The St, Croix County Board of Supervisors has had the advice of
representatives of the University of Wisconsin Extension Service that said j
land usage ordinances be revised and reorganized, and
WHEREAS, The University of Wisconsin Extension Service can assist in said revisions
and reorganization if the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors will reimburse
the University of Wisconsin personnel for costs involved,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisora, in

regular session, that the Chairman be authorized to execute a contract between

St. Croix County and the University of Wisconsin Extension Service authorizIng
aid in revision and reorganization of said Land Usage Ordinances, and a sum of
money not to exceed $1,200.00 is hereby appropriated for this prupose and may
accordingly be transferred from the general fund to the Comprehensive Planning,
