WHERE AS: Section 255.25 of the Wisconsin Statutes establishes ,Juror Fees
and mileage. Every Grand and Petit Juror summoned upon any venire
shall receive not less that $4. nor more than X10_ as fixed by
the County Board.
MIPRI AS: The fee that has been in effect for the past several years is 412.
MIERE AS: fibre and more Jurors are requesting to be excused frau jury cluty
due to the inequi-table,salary difference.
WIV TIS REFORE: III: IT RESOLVED: The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
establish the fee for every grand and petit juror at $15.
FIAMI:R RLSOLVED; That the effective date be the First *Ionday of January,
1974.
