WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors has become aware
of the desirability of depositing all St. Croix.County funds and revenue
in a single bank located within St. Croix County, and
WHEREAS St. Croix County is authorized to do so pursuant to Wisconsin
Statutes,
THEREFORE be it resolved by St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
in regular session that
the Bank of New Richmpn k of New Richmond ,Wisconsin
is hereby designated as County depository; and the Treasurer of St. Croix
County is requiredandauthorized to take all, steps necessary to secure
the deposit of all county monies within said bank.
