WHEREAS the County Peard proceedinFF lave previously been published by one

the five St. Croix County Newspapers for bid". -
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS i EESBY RESOLVED T:;k7 ThE PUBLICATION
of' the COUNTY BOARD proceedings to conducted according to the fnllowing procedures:
1. bids shall be requester 'ram the five newspapers for type-setting 7 point,
on 7 point slug, 17 em column. ":hese bids are submitted for the lull County Board
year, and such bids must Se nuhml ued at the County Clerk's Office by April 3rd,
1073 by 1:00 P.M., and are to include all minutes commencing with the April 1973
Session and ending in February of the following year. The schedule of County
Board Sessions are estaLlished at 10 for the coming year. Extra sessions to be
printed, to be pro-rated at a fair figure to all concerned.
2. Such successful 'nidding newspaper shall print the proce-dings in supplement
form and deliver to the other four newspapers in said County, and published with the
next issue of that newspaper.
3. Such successful bidder shall be paid a flat fee of 150.00 plus $2.00 per
100 based on the circulation of each newspaper, after the first 1000 for distribution
of each supplement by the other four newspapers. The following is the detail charges
based on the above FcrnuLa for the distri.`,ution of the .supplements:

4. IT IS FURTHER. PE`OLVED AND ORDERLD THAT IF A ONE DAY SESSION is held by
the County Board, supplements and 3-3/4" x 6 3/4" qheets of the prceedings must
be published within 30 days, two or more day Session, then the proceedings must
be published within 45 days. For all Sessions there spall be 65 sets of such
supplement printed in loose-leaf form 3-3/4" x 6-3/4", punched to fit the loose-
leaf note books and to he delivered to the County Clerk.
5. IT IS FURTHER YES3 LVED AND GRDERLD THAT within 45 days of the February
Session of each year the entire proceedings of the County Soard for the whole year
shall be bound in Leon form (200) and delivered to the County Clerk, hefOre the
organizational Session of the County Board in April.
