RESOLUTION
TROY PARK SANITARY FACILITIES
WHEREAS Troy Park is a duly authorized County Park in and of the
County of St. Croix, Wisconsin, dedicated to the use and enjoyment of the
Citizens of the County and others; and
WHEREAS there are no suitable and sanitary toilet facilities at said
Park; and
WHEREAS it is of the best interests of the Citizens of St. Croix County
and others to have suitable and sanitary facilities available to users of
said Park;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Comprehensive
Parks, Planning, and Zoning Committee be authorized to enter into a contract
for the construction of such facilities at Troy Park in accordance with
established procedures.
