whEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of supervisors by resolution at their
October, 1972 session authorized the St. Croix County Highway llepartment to transfer
the amount of $100,000.00 from the Count; Aid - Road Construction Fund to the County
r,Iaintenance & Snow Removal Fund to make up a deficit during the year 1972, and whereas,
the resolution directed that $100,000.00 be transferred back to the County Aid - Road
Construction Fund at the first 1973 session of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors.
TfIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Croix County Highway Department is hereby
authorized to transfer $100,000.00 from the County Maintenance & Snow Removal Fund to
the County Aid-Road Construction Fund.
