HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1973 (07) WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors is in need of a
secretary to the County Board, whose duties would entail coordinating
activities of the County Board coamittees, requiring considerable knowledge
of the functions, procedures and organization of the County Board,
knowledge of typing and modern office practices, procedures and equipment;
a working knowledge of the fundamental practices of public administration;
ability to carry out special and general assignments from the County Board
committees, requiring organization of materials and activities; keeping
records, making reports and performing related work as required and assigned,
and
WHEREAS the County Board has included this position in its 1973 budget,
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the County Board that a secretary to the
County Board be hired on a part time basis, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the salary be designated by the Personnel
Committee, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the secretary shall perform the duties
pertaining to purchases as designated by the Budget and Finance Committee.
