WHEREAS the County of St. Croix desires to have constructed a
toilet building at Troy Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St, Croix County
Board of Supervisors that application be made for federal funds under
LAWCON-ORAP Local Park Aids Program, which will re-imburse the
County of St. Croix for 50% of the cost of construction of the said toilet
facility;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that St. Croix County will maintain
the above mentioned facilities from funds budgeted for that purpose;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that St. Croix County will comply with
the terms and interests of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and to
the regulations promulgated to such act by the Secretary of Interior and
contained in 43 CFR 17,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Board authorize the
County Board Chairman and Zoning Administrator to sign said application
for federal funds;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that St. Croix County has appropriated
$5,000.00 to complete this project.
