HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1973 (09) WHEREAS the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a planning
and zoning committee to set in all matters pertaining to countyplanning and
zoning; and
WHEREAS the St, Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parke CojoaMittee; and
WHEREAS at the request of the County Board this committee is to review
petitions, hold public hearings and report its recommendations to the County
Board for action; and
WHEREAS the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parke Committee has
fullfilled its duties on the petition of landowner Mr. Lowell Rivard;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
commercial from agricultural of the following described land;
"Approximately four acres of land in the SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section
5, Somerset Township, T30N-R20-19W."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Croix County"Board consider
the said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of same.
