RESOLUTION APPOINTING UWAIH VOLUNTARY CONSERVATION WARDENS
FOR ST. CROIX COUNTY .
WHEREAS the Statutes of the State of Wiseensin provide for 6oanty
appointment of conservation wardens pursuant to Chapter 23.10(2); and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors has determined
that it is in the best interests and for the benefit of said County to appoint
one or more, but not to exceed 7 conservation wardens to aid in
enforcement of the conservation lws of this State and County; and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors has determined
that $1.00 per year shall be due and owing to any conservation warden appointed
under this resolution;
THEREFORE be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors that the Statutory Committee, authorized by Chapter 23.10(2) of
the Wisconsin Statutes, be authorized to select at least one, but not more
than J voluntary conservation wardens to serve at the discretion
of said County Board, and aid in the enforcement of the conservation laws
of the State of Wisconsin and County of St. Croix, said conservation warden
to serve with compensation by the County of St. Croix. not to exceed One
Dollar per year. f
