CHANGF IN ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES
WHEREAS, concern has been expressed by residents of St. Croix County,
Wisconsin over the probate and administration of the estates of deceased persons
in delays and expenses involved therin, and
WHEREAS, such concern has been expressed to members of the St. Croix
County Board of Supervisors, and
WHER.FAS, it presently appears that one or more probate reform bill will
be presented to the 1973 session of the Wisconsin State Legislature.
1401,.' THFREFORF BF IT RIPSOLVFD, that the St. Croix County Board, on behalf of
the residents of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, do hereby urge the members of
both Houses of the Wisconsin Legislature to enact into law those provisions
of the several proposed legislative bills which will best accomplish the
purpose of expiditing and reducing the expenses of the probate and admin-
istration of the estates of deceased persons.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be sent to our
Representative to the assembly and to our senator. Also to all other County
Boards in the State of Wisconsin.
