WHEREAS the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a planning
and zoning committee to set in all matters pertaining to county planning and
zonings and
WHEREAS the Str Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, honing and Parke Committee; and
WHEREAS at the request of the County Board this committee is to review
petitions. hold public hearings and report its recommendations to the County
Board for action; and
WHEREAS the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has
fullfilled its duties on the petition of landowner Mr. William J. Arndt, Jr.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
to commercial from agricultural of the following described land:
"Approximately one acre of land In the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section
13, Cylon Township. T31N-R18W.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board consider
the said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of same.
