WHEREAS, on Tuesday, April 15, 1969 the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, duly assembled, upon motion made and seconded and passed,
authorized and instructed the County Clerk to execute a suit Claim Deed
to Daniel J. Casey conveying real property owned by the County, and;
WHEREAS, the deed prepared pursuant thereto did not include the
proper legal description of said land;
NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors that the County Clerk be authorized to execute a corrective
Nit Claim Deed to said real property forthwith.

to the City of New Richmond.
