WHEREAS, The St. Croix County .Jell roof has suffered from leaking and
water damage and is in need of repairs; and,
WEREAS, the cost of said repairs are an extraordinary and non-recurring
expense and no funds have been included in the current fiscal ,year budget to
provide for said rapaire; and.
WMRZ/AS. bids in the mount of seventeen thousand siXht hundred eighteen
dollars and seventy-five cents to include reconstruction costa and orebitecta
fees have bees received by the County; and.
MREAS., it to the desire of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
to have said repairs made and to appropriate money to provide for their"payaent;
NOW THEREFORE 8X IT RESOLVED by the Rt. Croix County Board of Supervisors:
1. That the amount of 017,818.75 he transferred from the General 'Fund
to the County .Tail Outlay Account
2. That the Chairman of the Countv Board and the County Clerk be
authorized to execute and enter into a contract with the
accepted bidders to effectuate the needed repairs to the roof
of the County .Tail.
