WREREAS, persons not on official business of the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors have been frequently wing the roof of the St. Croix
County Jail to Walk upon; and,
WHEREAS, said use creates a safety hazard to said were which cannot
be effectively protected against; and,
WHEMAS. the roof of the St. Croix County Jail has suffered damage
from water and causes believed to be associated with unauthorised persons
walking on said roof; and,
WHIERSAS, $t. Croix County will suffsrstinaocial detriment because
guarentys upon said roof may, be voided because of said unauthorised we;
THEREFORE BS IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
that no persons except those authorized by the Building Committee be allowed
to walk upon the roof of the St. Croix County Jail, and that the list of
persons so authorised shall be kept and maintained by the Sheriff of
St. Croix County.
