R E S O L U T I O N (P
St. Croix County Department of Social Services Compensation
Schedule and Salary Adjustments
I
WHEREAS, a new County Merit System Compensation Plan ( Wisconsin
Administration Code Health and Social Services Chapter PW-PA-10 ) has
been adopted and will become effective January 1, 1972, throughout the
State of Wisconsin; and
WHEREAS, the new County Merit Rule requires that each county
adopt a compensation schedule for the staff members of the Social Ser-
vices Department (St. Croix County Public Welfare Department) ; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Social Services (Welfare
Committee) considered and approved the annual salary adjustments of the
staff of the St. Croix County Department of Social Services based on
the new County Merit Rule and Compensation Schedule (PW-PA-10) at their
meeting on December 16, 1971 and
WHEREAS, Section 46.22 (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes was amended

approved by the County Board of Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, the salary adjustments recommended by the Board of
Social Ser#ices (Welfare Board) are within the Federal 5.5, Phase II
guideline regulation; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Croix County Depart-
ment of Social Services adopt the attached Compensation Schedule (minimum
salary range) and that the employees of the St. Croix County Department
of Social Services be granted salary adjustments as listed on the attached
in accordance with the recommendation of the Board of Social Services
(Welfare Committee) .
