SPECIAL MEETING February 15, 2000
Meeting called to order at 8 : 30 A.M. by Vice Chair Robert Boche .
Members Present: Robert Boche, Tom Dorsey, Herb Giese and Tom
O' Connell .
Others Present: Administrative Coordinator Don Brown,
Facilities Manager Ralph Robole and Suprs . Berenschot, Dowd,
Irwin and Mortensen.

Motion by O' Connell, 2nd by Dorsey to adopt the agenda. Carried.

Insurance Discussion: Brown shared with the committee what he
found out from Hartford Insurance. The annual insurance premium
is $5, 680 . The 2 boilers that the county has are worth about
$2 , 500 each.

Robole said that the State fund has always made all the
necessary payments . No claims have ever been filed with
Hartford Insurance . There is no need for the policy.
Motion by O' Connell, 2nd by Giese to drop the boiler insurance .
Carried.
