PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING
Date: March 15, 2000 Location: Government Center,Hudson
The Personnel Committee meeting was called to order at 4 p.m. by Chairman Gerald
Peterson. Members present: Peterson, Art Jacobson, Herb Giese, Mary Louise Olson, and Julie
Speer. Also present: Debra Kathan, Richard Loney, Don Brown, Tom Dorsey, and BC/BS
Regional Sales Director Sue Nelson. Arriving at 4:20 was Steve Weld. Arriving at 6:25 p.m.
were John Borup, Kristie Tellijohn, and Carolyn Krieger.
Moved (Giese, Jacobson) and approved to accept the agenda as presented. Motion
(Jacobson, Giese)to go into closed session per WI Stat. 19.85 (1)c and e for discussions
regarding labor negotiations. Roll call vote: all aye; moved into closed session at 4:01 p.m.
Excused from the meeting at 6:15 were Julie Speer, Don Brown, and Rich Loney.
Moved (Giese, Olson) and approved to come out of closed session at 8:07 p.m. Peterson
noted that the next Personnel Committee meeting would be at 8 a.m., March 17. The Personnel
Committee meeting at 9 a.m. on March 22 would focus on AFSCME labor negotiations.
Peterson adjourned the meeting at 8:07 p.m.
