ST.CROIX COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER,HUDSON,WI
JUNE 20,2000
PRESENT: Chairperson Ron Raymond, Supervisors Buck Malick,Gerald Larson,Linda Luckey and Art
Jensen. Staff:Ellen Denzer and Steve Fisher.
Chairperson Ron Raymond called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.Motion by Supervisor Larson,seconded
by Supervisor Jensen to adopt the agenda.Motion carried. Chairman Raymond announced the next meeting
is Wednesday,June 21,2000.
Ordinance Amendment for Two-Acre Minimum Lot Size
Planner Ellen Denzer reported that the phrase"at least 65 percent"in the definitions of cluster subdivision
does not correspond to the Town of Troy cluster ordinance. Staff recommends striking that phrase from
both the Zoning and Subdivision definitions,while keeping the rest of the ordinance amendment intact as
approved by the committee.Motion by Supervisor Malick, seconded by Supervisor Larson to delete those
words and adopt as presented.Motion carried.
Motion by Supervisor Larson, seconded by Supervisor Raymond to adjourn at 6:37 p.m.Motion carried.
