February 23,2000
An official meeting did not occur.The meeting was not called to order,no roll call was taken and an agenda
was not adopted. Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee members, Ron Raymond, Art Jensen and Gerald
Larson, attended a meeting of the Pierce County Land Conservation and Land Management Committee's to
hear a presentation by Steve Struss,Wisconsin Department of Agriculture.
The presentation covered proposed rules regarding animal waste issues, erosion control and nutrient
management.The presentation took place from 1:00 p.m.to 2:30 p.m.
