Florence Patrick excused and Rich Peterson was absent. Also present were Sandy Gehrmann, Jonna Fedie, Barb Blaisdell, Gladys Ellefson, Myona Davis, Jolayne Mehr, Donna Zacharias, Peggy Patterson, Shirley Marlette, Marguerite Sumner, and Susan Lindberg. ADOPTION OF AGENDA: A motion was made by John Mortensen and seconded by Carolyn Weisenburger to adopt the agenda as printed; motion carried. DATE OF NEXT MEETING: The next meeting will be January 18' at 8:30 a.m. ACTION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES: A motion was made by Rhoda Wood and seconded by Lois Burri to approve the minutes as printed; motion carried. Introductions were made. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Pro Bono Pro : Seventeen attorneys from the area have agreed to assist with the Pro Bono Project. It will be scheduled for the 3' Thursday of every month in the afternoon. The attorney could meet the clients up to 1/2 hour. Food Panty requirements were discussed. The Coalition is working on its United Way Grant. The New Richmond Van may be delivered the first week of February. SITEXENTER REPORTS: BALDWIN: The Center Board had its election of officers. The Thanksgiving Dinner had ninety-two participants present. A Christmas Party is being planned. A van trip is scheduled tomorrow night to look at Christmas lights. HUDSON: The Center Board had its election of officers and participants enjoyed the Christmas Party last week. A van trip to look at lights has been scheduled. NEW RICHMOND: Deerfield will use the van on Tuesdays and Fridays. The Center Board had its election of officers. RIVER FALLS: Participants are scheduling appointments for blood pressure and footcare. The Christmas Party at the West Wind in River Falls on December 6' was enjoyed by all. SOMERSET. Participants went to Dresser on December 3' and are planning a light trip. WOODVILLE: Cards and BINGO are being played. The Center Board had election of officers. On Wednesday, the center will have its Christmas Party and then go on a light trip. A motion was made by John Mortensen and seconded by Rhoda Wood to approve all van trips and to authorize Deerfield use of the New Richmond van after hours on Tuesdays and Fridays; motion carried. A motion was made by Rhoda Wood and seconded by Mary Lou Smith to adjourn meeting at 11:40 a.m. ; motion carried.
