ST ROUK,,, RESOLUTION UPDATING PERSONNEL POLICY HANDBOOK
' �' CHAPTER I
1 WHEREAS, on September 2, 2014 St. Croix County adopted the current version of the
2 St. Croix County Human Resources Policies and Procedures Handbook; and
3
4 WHEREAS, the handbook was further amended on December 1, 2015 and January 5,
5 2016; and
6
7 WHEREAS, on July 18, 2017 the Staff Advisory Committee unanimously recommended
8 an amendment to Chapter 1 of the St. Croix County Human Resources Policies and Procedure
9 Handbook; and
10
11 WHEREAS, on August 16, 2017 the Administration Committee has reviewed the
12 amendment and recommends approval to the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors.

14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
15 Supervisors that the St. Croix County Human Resources Policies and Procedures Handbook is
16 hereby amended as follows:

18 Article 1, Section 12, 2), b)is amended to read as follows:
19
20 b) Review proposed Handbook amendments as developed and recommended by the
21 Human Resources Director and make recommendations to the County Board for
22 consideration and legislative Action;
23
24 Article 1, Section 12, 2), d)is deleted in its entirety.
25
26 Article 1, Section 12, 8)is deleted in its entirety.
