OF BALDWIN
1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:
2 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the County of St.
3 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property:
4 From AG-1 Agricultural District to AG-2 Agricultural District:
5 SEC 28 T29N R16W NW NW EXC N 235 FT OF W 1259FT& EXC CSM 13/3630
6 (FLP#003597); and
7 SEC 28 T29N R16W NE NW (FLP#003597)
8 The official zoning map of the Town of Baldwin on file in the Community Development
9 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
10 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Section 59.14
11 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This ordinance shall not be codified.
12 Dated this 7th day of November, 2017 at Hudson, Wisconsin.
