ST. RO K, RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CARRY OVER OF FUNDS
1 WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors approved the 2017 Budget on
2 November 1, 2016; and

4 WHEREAS, the approved budget provided for the expenditure of funds in the amount of
5 $5,787,195 for capital expenditures; and
6
7 WHEREAS, approved funding for the aforementioned 2017 capital expenditures was
8 combined with funding for the 2018 capital expenditures under a two-year funding plan resulting
9 in a combined 2017 - 2018 capital expenditures of$7,706,082; and
10
11 WHEREAS, County staff intends to expend these funds in the completion of the
12 approved projects but recognizes that these expenditures will not be completed during 2017.

14 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
15 hereby approves the carrying forward of the following not to exceed amounts to be expended
16 during 2018.

18 FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the following not to exceed amounts will be added to
19 any amounts authorized in the 2018 budget for similar purposes.
