H. 128, Cady Township Wilson, Wisconsin 54027 Work on a structure or facility requiring private sewage disposal facilities shall not begin until a sanitary permit has been issued by St. Croix County. Application for a sanitary permit shall be made in duplicate to the St. Croix County Zoning Administration. The permit is issued only to the master plumber doing the work. No building permit will be issued without a sanitary permit where private sewage disposal facility is necessary. Penalty for violation of the St. Croix County Zoning :Ordinances are as follow: Fines of from $10. 00 to $200. 00 and court cos=ts for each offen~. and each succeeding day constitutes another offense.
