Wilson, Wisconsin 54027
Work on a structure or facility requiring private sewage disposal facilities
shall not begin until a sanitary permit has been issued by St. Croix County.
Application for a sanitary permit shall be made in duplicate to the St. Croix
County Zoning Administration. The permit is issued only to the master plumber
doing the work. No building permit will be issued without a sanitary permit
where private sewage disposal facility is necessary.
Penalty for violation of the St. Croix County Zoning :Ordinances are as
follow: Fines of from $10. 00 to $200. 00 and court cos=ts for each offen~.
and each succeeding day constitutes another offense.

This AGREEMENT, made and entered in this 5th day of July, 1971,
by and between the TOWNSHIP OF CADY, a Political Township, with principal

offices at Spring Valley, Wisconsin hereinafter called "Township", and
STANDARD OIL DIVISION, AMERICAN OIL COMPANY hereinafter called "Owner".
WHEREAS, an application has been made for the building pet,;nit on the
following desc2ribed property to-wit:
A parcel of land located in the Southwest one quarter (SW 1/4) of
~,,:,*Section Three (3), Township Twenty-Eight (28) North, Range Fifteen (15:
West, described as follows: Commencing at the West one quarter (W 1/4)
corner of Section Three (3), Township Twenty-Eight (28) North, Range
Fifteen (15) West; Thence,on an assumed bearing of South along the West

890-261-40" East, a distance of 85.00 feet to a point on the East right

point of beginning, containing 10.0003 acres. Subject to easements of
records, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
WHEREAS, the percolation test for septic tank drainage does not meet
the minimum standards of the ordinance fo the Township of Cady and State
of Wisconsin.

WHEREAS, the OWNER agrees to install a holding tank for septic tank
purposes.
NOW$ TKEREFORE, for and in consideration of the issuance by the
Township of Cady of a building permit for the above premises, the parti-,
do hereby agree and bind themselves as follows:
OWNERS agree that they will conform to all. the rules ank' ,]ati t:7
of the Plumbing Code of the township of Cady in the building of thi i
;Car Plaza and septic system including the holding tank.
OWNERS shall deposit with the Township a cash bond iii Lii~- ~u,►°` $1,000.00. This bond shall guarantee to the Township reimbursement for
lany and all expenses incurred by the Township alleviating any nuisance
which may occur as a result of the permission granted by this agreement
for the Owner to install a holding tank. The sum of 1,000.00 shall be
maintained at 411 times and if monies are expended, the owner shall rE---

The Town Board has agreed that the Township of Cady will be the
responsible party to the State and further agreed to authorize the propel
officials to sign an agreement with a private company engaged in the
servicing of septic tanks as necessary to alleviate an} nuis«r.F rest
